Termemontecatini.shop is an e-commerce site or online sales of cosmetic products, beauty treatments, holistic, thermal and gift cards.

 

Content provided by the User and by third parties

Users are responsible for their own and third-party content that they share on Termemontecatini.shop, by uploading them, inserting contents or by any other means. Users relieve the Controller from any responsibility in relation to the illegal dissemination of third party content or the use of Termemontecatini.shop, in ways that are contrary to the law.

Termemontecatini.shop does not carry out any kind of moderation of the contents published by the User or third parties, but without delay will eliminate illicit or offensive actions, which will identify them in the first person, against reports from Users or orders given by public authorities.

 

Rights on content provided by Users

Purchase procedure

All orders sent constitute an offer for the purchase of products published on the site. Delivery

Deliveries normally take place within 72 hours in Italy, unless otherwise specified in the order confirmation. In some critical periods for couriers, such as Christmas and other holidays, delays in delivery can occur. Shipping rates are detailed on the shipping page. The Owner is not responsible for any damage suffered by the user due to delays in delivery.

Upon delivery, the user must check the content before accepting it, specifying any anomalies in the courier’s delivery form. In case of failure to collect within the term established by the carrier, the products will be returned to the Holder, who will refund the price of the products but not the shipping cost. The Owner can not be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User.

 

Terms of payment

Termemontecatini.shop uses third-party payment processing tools and does not in any way come into contact with payment information – such as credit card details – provided.

In case of payment via PayPal account, during the purchase, Termemontecatini.shop will memorize an identification code linked to the Customer’s PayPal account, which authorizes Termemontecatini.shop to an exclusive use linked to future purchases, and it will not be necessary to insert  again the  PayPal login details. The above authorization can be revoked at any time by expressly requesting it via the contact information in this document.

 

Right of withdrawal

Everyone can change their mind and we guarantee it.

As a result of the European directive implemented by Legislative Decree No. 21 of 21 February 2014 in case of purchase of products or services, in general and on Termemontecatini.shop in particular, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without indicating the reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the User or a third party – other than the carrier and designated by the User – acquires physical possession of the goods. Termemontecatini.shop will send confirmation e-mails to the User where he will agree  how to deliver the products. The return of the products must take place within 14 days from the communication of the User, by means of a Carrier that we will send to collect the goods on the day and time established.

The goods must be packed with the original packaging, or in similar  for the safe transport  by courier.

The Owner will, within 14 days from the communication of the intention to withdraw from the contract, to reimburse the User for the amount paid to the Owner.

 

The right of withdrawal will be treated in the manner specified in Legislative Decree 206/2005.

 

Caution

Until the seller has received the goods, or a  proof that they have been shipped, he can legitimately withhold the reimbursement.
